About Us
Pro Color Lab West is one of the leading professional labs in the country. Recognized for high quality products, innovative ideas, excellent customer service, and strong integrity, PCL West offers professional prints and digital press products for professional, pro-amateur, and everyday photographers across the United States.
Located in Southern California, PCL West opened in January 1989 with 10 employees and room to grow. Customers flocked to the lab because of the unsurpassed quality and special attention given to each photographer. The lab focused on a set number of photographers to offer a premium service. Eventually, we reached maximum capacity, and expanded both in size and services offered. We now have a Northern California sales office in Santa Rosa as well.
Anticipating the changing industry with digital technology, PCL West expanded and developed a digital department in 1995. Over the years, PCL West has continued to invest in state-of-the-art technology. Additionally, many of the employees have been well trained as professional photographers or lab experts with over 30 years of experience. Today, we service customers from around the country with varying digital imaging needs. Because of our small beginning, we have been able to incorporate our special attention and premium customer service to all our customers while growing the number of photographers who use our lab. Our commitment to our photographers is to continue offering the best quality available with the best customer service possible.
